My daughter Konoha was diagnosed with diaphragmatic hernia before she was born, and was born in October 2003. She was diagnosed with Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS) shortly after birth. After that, she struggled with illnesses such as intestinal obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and hearing loss, and until she was about 15 years old, she was hospitalized with pneumonia every winter. She currently attends a care facility. Her current disability is rated A in her rehabilitation handbook, and her disability support category is 6. #CdLS
