Claudio Augugliaro: La problemática de la gobernanza metropolitana
Claudio Augugliaro, a specialist in metropolitan governance, has just published his new book: "Metropolitan Argentina: Background and Challenges Toward Regional Governance." Augugliaro is president of the Metropolitan Citizenship organization. The book compiles a series of articles stemming from the identification of a lack of systematic studies on the development of "a metropolitan institutional framework." Based on this work, a governance index and twenty guidelines for governing metropolitan areas were developed.
