I have a passion for [this area] and based on the syllabus you provided, I believe you will be able to share a great deal of insight on this subject. In order to register for your course, I would need your signature of approval. Should you agree to allow me to register for the course, I was hoping you would let me know the best way to receive this signature from you (e.g., virtually, in-person during the first day of class, during office hours).
