Hi friends, this time I want to make Manadonese skipjack tuna pampis, which is usually a favorite dish of mine at home. But this time I'm making a simple version because I'm skipping the turmeric and pandan leaves. You can also use regular tuna, so let's make it! Manadonese Skipjack Tuna Pampis Ingredients: 100g 100g red chilies (30 chilies) 80g large red chilies (4 chilies) 80g shallots (15 cloves) 30g garlic (10 cloves) 1/2 tomato 7 thinly sliced kakalang leaves (remove the ribs) 1 kakalang leaf 1 stalk lemongrass 1 tsp salt 2 tsp mushroom stock powder Enough oil for blending and sautéing 3 bunches basil 500g boiled skipjack tuna How to make: 1. Blend shallots, garlic, large red chilies, curly red chilies, and tomatoes until smooth, adding enough oil (as the blender doesn't use water). 2. Sauté the blended spices, 1 kaffir lime leaf, 1 stalk of lemongrass, salt, and bouillon powder until cooked and fragrant. 3. Add the sliced kaffir lime leaves and the boiled cakalang. Stir until absorbed. 4. Add the basil leaves and stir briefly to prevent the basil from wilting. 5. Remove from heat and serve with hot rice. 6.
