Trying for Rays & Congers | STEAMER POINT - CHRISTCHURCH | Sea Fishing UK

Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel! Today me and ‪@SouthCoastDangler‬ had no idea where we wanted to fish so we headed down to avon beach in the hopes of fishing there! When we arrived there was a very strong current, a massive surf & very murky waters from the floods and rivers. Because of this we chose to fish down Steamer Point instead! We arrived at about 4pm and fished til about 11pm and unfortunately neither of us caught any amazing fish but that is the way the fishing goes sometimes & this winter has been especially tough!
