How to handle Irritation of the Mind | Prabhata Rashmih | Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha
Poojya Swamiji explains how ever since our birth, we have been reacting only to imprints formed in the mind through inputs coming from the world. In case of any adverse reaction formed within us to an outside input, we need to understand that in the whole process we ourselves are the originator, the sustainer and dissolver of that reaction, and the other person is only a cause for it. Every action is generated by the mind. So if somebody is causing irritation, understand the irritation is a reaction from our inside, from the mind, and our mind has got infinite potential, capacity, to do anything it wants.
