In this series (Money is on the street!) I'm searching for vintage designer furniture from the 50s and 60s among the bulky waste people throw on the streets. For some, it's junk, for others, it's worth its weight in gold! When I see bulky waste on the street, I always check to see if there's anything there. I search through the trash for valuables. Sometimes I find something beautiful! This time I found a beautiful china cabinet/sideboard from the 50s. It's a truly Dutch design by Pastoe, designed by Cees BRAAKMAN. And I found more vintage designer items that are worth money. Should I renovate/restore the furniture to sell it? The cabinet is for sale online for around €1500. So, making money from waste is possible through dumpster diving. I hope to make a lot of money from the waste that's on the streets.
