Checking for wear on a Myford Lathe (ML7) + Essential Upgrades

In addition to the things mentioned in the video you may also want to consider: 1. Condition of the electrics 2. Condition of the motor (i.e. noise) 3. Backlash and condition of topslide/compound slide screws. My #Myford #ML7 #lathe condition was a complete unknown and I thought time to establish what wear and play there was.
