[Obsolete]【DBFZ v1.28】Android 16 received an upgrade.

=========================== A quick and rough look at some of A16's combo changes. In particular: (1) Hitstun of 5S has been increased; (2) j.2H causes ground bounce after cinematics. The change to 5S allows it to be converted to a variety of moves. It also gives rise to a very manageable midscreen sparking loop that works on all characters. The change to j.2H also gives a number of ways to extended combos in the corner.
