It’s been hard to fill my days with only the things I love lately, so having this relaxing day was such a healing experience for me. It was such a happy time ♡ I hope you all feel happy watching me enjoy my day - 🎈Vongole Pasta Recipe 1. Finely chop the parsley. 2. Add olive oil and salt to boiling water and cook the pasta noodles. 3. Wash the clams thoroughly. 4. Drizzle plenty of olive oil in a wok. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 small onion, Anchovies, and parsley stems. Stir-fry together. (Add Peperoncino to taste.) 5. Once sautéed, add the clams and pour in enough white wine to submerge them slightly. 6. Add lots of pepper and boil well until the clams open up. 7. Once the clams open, add plenty of chopped parsley and the cooked noodles. Done! (If you want it with more broth, add half a cup of water and boil well.)
