Rēhō Academy, whose name was unknown until now. Brothers Ryūichi and Ryūji have transferred there and within a few months have brought the nearby high school under Rēhō Academy's control. The rumor quickly spread to the surrounding high schools, and Ryūichi and Ryūji were called the Double Dragon Brothers and were feared.
