To Say Nothing of the Pockets: Adding necessities to a skirt

This video is both a status report (you might not know this but I'm Ukrainian living in Ukraine. I'm fine, thank you :) ) and a sewing/Inkscape tutorial. I'm limited in my resources, no sewing machines around, so it's a handsewing project, adding gathered patch pockets with bound openings to an existing skirt. I explain making the pattern on fabric and the sewing process, and then show how to draft it to your measurements in Inkscape for later projecting or maybe even printing. The title is a tribute to Jerome K. Jerome of course :) My Patreon page:   / martagvozdinskaya   Join my Discord, it's free:   / discord   0:00 Status report 0:16 Gathered Pockets 3:25 Measuring the hand 3:36 Pattern drafting in Inkscape Written instructions:    • Post   As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
