Pierre Hermé Patisseries - Unboxing and Devouring the Gourmandise Raisonée desserts!

Hand-delivered to my house were four gorgeous 🤩 patisseries from their newest project, a collaboration between Mr. Pierre Hermé and Frédéric Bau: the Gourmandise Raisonée collection. In today's Instagram story, I share with you this sweet afternoon that I spent with Emily @pariswinegirl and Janelle @myparisportraits. First, we unbox each of these delicious desserts and reveal what is inside each package that Pierre Hermé sent to us. 🥳 Because it was such a beautiful day, we then went down to the river Seine where Emily also shared wine 🍷 pairings to go with each patisserie. I find the way that @pariswinegirl evaluates and pairs wine with foods to be very interesting. Even if you are starting your wine discovery journey, you can learn a lot from her. 👏 Of course, we finally gave in and tried each of the @pierrehermeofficial desserts. What an incredible experience we had! And I get to share every little moment with you.
