3 Tips For Roasting Decaffeinated Coffee

Today's video has 3 tips for roasting decaffeinated coffee. The first time you look at fresh green decaffeinated beans you know they are different. A shade or two darker to be specific. That is our first clue that roasting decaf coffee is different and actually pretty challenging. When you buy unroasted green decaffeinated coffee beans, be sure to pay close attention to what type of decaf process is used for each of the different decafs you consider. There are at least 4 different processes and some of them can influence the taste of the coffee.
