UK-based ESP rocker Pat Heath was able to spend some time behind the scenes at last summer's Bloodstock Open Air Festival with ESP signature artist Josh Middleton (Sylosis/Architects) for an in-depth interview where Josh discusses many aspects of his LTD JM-II Signature Series guitar, among many other topics. This guitar features bolt-on construction with an alder body and quilted maple top, and a three-piece roasted maple neck in an extra-thin u-shaped profile. Other features include 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, a set of Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups with push-pull control to select voicings, LTD locking tuners and a recessed Gotoh TOM bridge with string-thru-body design.
