I often receive comments like this on my YouTube channel. I've been involved in Africa for many years, but I've never heard of a child taking their own life due to bullying at school. On the other hand, in Japan, where we live, child suicide is a serious problem, even though we're much more economically prosperous than Africa. Freelance international cooperation consultant. Graduated from Waseda University. After meeting a begging girl in the Philippines, she began working in international cooperation while still a student. She has supported former child soldiers in Uganda and refugees in South Sudan. While still a university student, she founded the NPO Confront World and began working in international cooperation immediately after graduating. She has also been involved in awareness-raising activities through publications, lectures, and blogs, and in March 2018 she received the Ono Azusa Memorial Award. After graduating from university, she developed adjustment disorder and left the organization's activities. After six months of battling the illness, she resumed her work as a freelancer. She works with a local NGO in Uganda, providing sanitary products to girls in the northeast, among other activities. She is pursuing a new way of working that combines freelance work and international cooperation, and is also involved in lectures, blogging, YouTube, and running an online salon.
