Accepting My Blindness | A short film

I've always had bad vision and was born with it actually. I've been visually impaired my whole life but only recently did I become legally blind. It's been a challenge to open up about it. While I've mentioned my poor vision before I've never gone into it in more detail. It's something I've actually been rather afraid of talking about in the past. Things have changed quite a bit for me lately as far as that goes and I've become much more accepting of my eyesight and I'm hoping if you or someone else you know is going through something similar vision related or not that it can help out a little bit.
