We continue our journey through Gambia 🇬🇲 In this episode, we cross the country, navigating police checkpoints, searching for a solution to our fuel problem, and visiting some of the most important sites in African history. We explored Albadarr, sailed along the Gambia River, and traveled to Kunta Kinteh Island to learn about the story of Kunta Kinteh, which inspired Alex Haley to write the novel Roots and helped bring to the world's attention one of the most harrowing chapters in African history.
