Body Composition Improvement Program class 2

This program is designed to provide you with the tools and knowledge to achieve a healthier body composition and improve your overall performance. We will be following a periodized approach, with 12-week fat loss cycles followed by 4-week maintenance cycles. The Two Phases of the Program 1. Fat Loss Phase (12 weeks): We will focus on creating a sustainable calorie deficit to promote fat loss while preserving your hard-earned muscle mass. 2. Maintenance Phase (4 weeks): This is a critical phase where you will learn to maintain your progress, allow your body to recover, and prevent the common "rebound" weight gain.
