Obajtek z kolejnym wnioskiem o uchylenie immunitetu. Miliony i zęby mogą wrócić do państwa

Daniel Obajtek may once again face a bigger problem than political face-palming in the European Parliament. Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek has submitted a motion to waive his immunity to Roberta Metsola—this time, it concerns two tax offenses related to the failure to report over PLN 3 million in income from unpaid services. According to the National Prosecutor's Office, the case concerns, among other things, Orlen's subsidy of medical care costs and renovation costs for Obajtek's property in the Choczewo commune, which allegedly exposed the state to a combined reduction in personal income tax (PIT) and solidarity levy exceeding PLN 1 million.
