It's a popular summer health food. ★ Ingredients Main Ingredients: 500g of dried radish greens, 1 onion, a few perilla leaves, 2 green onions, 300g of dried radish greens, 1 potato, 1/2 red pepper, 3 green chili peppers Additional Ingredients: 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 tablespoon plum extract, 2 tablespoons gochujang (red pepper paste), 1 tablespoon doenjang (soybean paste), 4 tablespoons red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, a pinch of black pepper ★ How to Make Maeuntang (spicy fish stew) 1. Remove all the intestines from the freshwater fish and wash thoroughly. 2. Slice the onion into thin strips and finely chop the green onion and pepper. 3. Cut the dried radish greens into 5-6cm pieces. 4. Place in a bowl. Combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of plum extract, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of ground ginger and mix well to make the seasoning sauce. 5. Place dried radish greens in a pot, top with onions and potatoes, and top with the prepared freshwater fish. 6. Dissolve the red pepper paste and doenjang in 1 liter of prepared vegetable stock, strain, and pour into the prepared freshwater spicy fish stew. Bring to a boil. 7. Once the mixture has reduced to a simmer, add the remaining seasoning, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Add the onions, red peppers, and a handful of perilla leaves. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 8. Finally, sprinkle some pepper on top.
