This documentary follows the daily life of the National Veterinary School of Alfort and its university hospital, the CHUVA, where emergencies, complex surgeries and animal rehabilitations are combined. For seven months, the cameras capture the work of veterinarians, researchers and students, as well as the medical challenges they face. Among the patients, Obi, an American Staffordshire terrier suffering from an aggressive spinal tumor, is struggling to regain his mobility after a delicate operation. Frax, a RAID dog seriously injured during an operation, undergoes several surgeries to reconstruct his jaw. Katchina Deline, a competition mare, and Antares, a young injured pony, require specialized care to return to a normal life.
