Water supply and wastewater system accidents often have serious consequences for residents and infrastructure. To build a more effective system for preventing and responding to them, the Federation Council is developing amendments to the relevant law. The key idea is to empower the Government to approve a unified algorithm for investigating the causes of incidents.
