The FCT Administration signed a development agreement with MAG International Links Ltd in July 2025, with an aggressive timeline requiring foundations within one month and first-phase delivery by May 2026. FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has pledged to personally oversee the project and warned that failure to meet milestones will result in land revocation.
