Welcome back to day 2 of my 2026 Spring Parade of Homes tour series. This time I’m heading through the North Metro to check out a wide range of homes, from more attainable new construction options all the way up to some seriously impressive luxury builds. We make stops in Monticello, St. Michael, Big Lake, Ramsey, Coon Rapids, Ham Lake, and beyond, with a mix of acreage properties, model homes, and higher-end custom homes. The Spring Parade of Homes runs March 13 through April 12, 2026, and it’s one of the best ways to compare builders, floor plans, finishes, neighborhoods, and price points across the Twin Cities metro.
