In this episode I take a look at the ancient & medieval history of the city of Roses before moving on to Peniscola, the settings of the 1961 Hollywood epic, El Cid, staring Charlton Heston & Sophia Loren. Then several decades later, and with the help of a little CGI, Series 6 of Game of Thrones. I also head off into the mountains of a national park for a hike in glorious surroundings.
