Its maximum speed cannot exceed 45 km/h. In the past, a bicycle license (for minors) or an ID card (for adults) was sufficient to ride a moped. Generations of motorcyclists have grown up on mopeds, even those manufactured in Poland. Today, the situation is more serious. Since January 2013, a driving license has been required to ride a moped. A separate category has been created – AM. The course is simple and quick: theory + 10 hours of practice.
