【コネずに簡単!】さつまいもがごろごろ入った激うまハチミツバターおさつパンのレシピ【秋の味覚】

[Ingredients] ▶︎Dough -Ingredient A- Yeast (red saf) 2g Water (70%) 140g Sugar (10%) 20g Salt (2%) 4g Melted unsalted butter (10%) 20g --- Strong flour (Haruyokoi) 200g ▶︎Honey butter sweet potato Sweet potato 200g-300g (optional) -Ingredient B- A little water Honey 30g Sugar 30g --- Butter 20g [Recipe] 1. Weighing ingredients Weigh ingredient A and mix until yeast dissolves Add 200g strong flour (Haruyokoi) and mix before the flour disappears (approximately 2-3 minutes) 2. First rise Ferment at 40 degrees for 10 minutes Punch once and ferment at 40 degrees for 10 minutes Punch twice and ferment at 40 degrees for 10 minutes Punch three times and ferment at 40 degrees for 30 minutes →After fermentation is complete, transfer the dough to a silver tray and let it rest in the freezer 3. Cook the sweet potato during the first rise. Cut the sweet potato into squares and soak in water. Transfer the sweet potato to a pot, add ingredient B, and fry until soft. When it is soft, add 20g of butter to finish, mix well, and cool at room temperature. 4. Shaping and dividing Spread the dough into a square, place the sweet potato on top, and fold the dough into a roll. When it is rolled, cut it into 8 equal parts, place the dough on a hot plate, and spread it out a little to make it round. 5. Final rise Fall at 40 degrees for 40 minutes → After the rise is complete, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. 6. Preparation before baking Spray with water using a spray bottle (approximately 20 pumps). Sprinkle black sesame seeds as desired. 7.
