11 Hours In Asia's Best Business Class | EVA Air

Hi guys, this flight review video is about my recent flight from Vienna, Austria to Taipei, Taiwan on EVA Air's Boeing 787-9 in business class , this flight departed at 12:30 (VIE time) and arrived at 07:00 (TPE time). This was my first flight on EVA's business class (which they call Royel Laurel), I already flew them from Paris to Taipei in their Premium Economy two years ago and I was very impressed with the service provided on that flight! So I was very excited to try their brand new Boeing 787-9 business class product, the new product most resembles the Vantage XL-style seats that can be found aboard SAS’s Airbus A330s and A340s and Qantas’s Dreamliners and Airbus A330s. The ground experience at Vienna-Schwechat Airport was pleasant, the checkin was efficient but the Austrian Airlines Lounge near the D-gates was a bit disappointing as I expected better food offerings from a Do&Co catered lounge.. The flight itself turned out to be the best flight I ever took, the attention to detail just blew me away! The flight attendants did an excellent job, I was addressed with my name every time and the service was extremely proactive. The food was excellent too, a full 5 course dinner. EVA is also one of the few airlines that offers pajamas in business class and a really good amenity kit. The plane, the seat, the flight attendants and the amazing food, I would rate it a solid 9,5.
