His power is shown not through punishment alone but through compassion, patience, and forgiveness. He invites every sinner to repentance and gives hope to those who seek Him sincerely. Responsorial Psalm Psalm 86 "Lord, You are good and forgiving." The Psalm reminds us that God is slow to anger, rich in mercy, and always ready to hear the prayers of His faithful people. Second Reading Romans 8:26-27 St. Paul teaches that the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. Even when we do not know how to pray, the Spirit intercedes for us according to God's holy will. Holy Gospel Matthew 13:24-43 Jesus tells the Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds. The good seed and the weeds grow together until harvest. Through this parable, Jesus teaches us that God patiently waits for sinners to repent. He alone is the perfect Judge, and He will separate good from evil at the proper time. Until then, we are called to remain faithful, grow in holiness, and bear good fruit. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌿 Reflection Today's Gospel is a beautiful reminder of God's incredible patience and mercy. In our lives, we often wonder why evil exists and why God does not remove suffering immediately. Jesus answers this through the Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds. God does not rush to condemn because He desires that everyone should repent and be saved. The weeds remind us that sin and temptation are realities in this world. However, instead of losing hope or judging others, Christ calls us to focus on becoming good wheat—living lives of love, forgiveness, humility, and holiness. God gives each one of us time to change, to forgive, to love, and to return to Him. Every day is an opportunity to grow closer to Christ through prayer, the Holy Eucharist, and acts of charity. Let us never become discouraged by the presence of evil around us. Instead, let us trust in God's perfect justice and continue to shine as faithful disciples of Jesus. May today's Holy Mass renew our hearts and strengthen our faith so that we may bear abundant fruit for the Kingdom of God. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🙏 Prayer (English) Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your endless love, mercy, and patience. Help us to remain faithful even in difficult times. Fill our hearts with Your Holy Spirit so that we may grow in holiness each day.
