He came and - according to the investigation - in front of his eyes, the neighbor of the owner of the house beat Dmitry Kulpin. The crime itself was committed in September last year, and the victim was buried as anonymous in the cemetery, although his identity was known. They didn't even look for his relatives, and they thought that Dmitry Kulpin had disappeared and filed a search warrant at the Kstovsky District Department of Internal Affairs.
