After exploring mountain roads, chasing waterfalls, hunting for Chicken of the Woods mushrooms, and enjoying everything we love about the RV lifestyle, disaster struck when one of our trailer axles failed on the highway. But this isn't really a story about a broken axle. It's about what happens when your home suddenly can't move. It's about making difficult decisions under pressure, relying on the kindness of complete strangers, packing up everything you own in a parking lot, and learning to be grateful even when life doesn't go according to plan. If you've ever wondered what full-time RV life is really like—not just the beautiful campsites, but the unexpected moments that test you—this episode is for you. In this video you'll see: • Our Memorial Day RV adventure through North Carolina & Tennessee • The moment our travel trailer axle failed • How we handled an unexpected RV emergency • The emotional reality of leaving our home behind • Why we're still incredibly grateful despite everything that happened Our mission at Chase Your Adventure is to encourage others to embrace adventure, trust God through every season, and discover that even life's unexpected detours can become part of the journey.
