Motorcycle Scissor Box Lift Review

Review of unbranded, but commonly found, motorcycle scissor box lift, video showing operation of lift and successful lifting of my 2019 Honda CB500X which is fitted with Rally Raid engine guard. UPDATE 07/11/20: the product does comes as seen in the video, so you do need to use socket wrench or other handle to wind it up and down. The vendors original information was ‘lost in translation’ but they communicated quickly and efficiently with me and I would recommend the lift regardless of this minor confusion. UPDATE 19/05/21 Just a word of warning, I’ve had one report of the lift failing so be cautious and never put your hands within the lift mechanism, always strap the bike to stop falling over and I’d suggest being ultra careful if bike is well over 200kg. My lift is working fine, with just under 200kg to lift, so one to keep any eye on however at the moment I have not received any further reports of failure but will report further if I do.
