Taking mental health support to ethnically and culturally diverse communities
In this episode, Chris talks to Shaesta, a CBT therapist about the work our Talking Therapies service have been undertaking to bring mental health support to communities who have historically been less likely to access psychological therapies. Poor mental health does not discriminate by ethnicity, gender, age or ability – it can affect anyone at any time - we must provide mental health services that meet the needs of our diverse communities.
