Meet Mr Javaid Khan and his son Tanzeel Ur Rahman. You might recognise Mr Khan from a few month ago, we helped him get his nationality in the UK despite his lengthy absences. Today his son has his visa. Tanzeel arrived in the UK in 2011 on a student visa. He subsequently became an overstayer. He claimed asylum which was refused. He made a human rights application which was also refused. When I was doing his fathers Nationality application I promised him that his son would have his visa. After months of hard work we submitted his application on 20.01.2023, today 25.01.2023 he has received his biometric card. This was a human rights application that we made. Let me make it clear apart from his father, Tanzeel has no other family in the UK. No wife, no children. We were so confident of success that we agreed to NO VISA NO FEES. The result is there for everyone to see. Never give up, impossible is nothing! Hard work pays off, dreams come true!!
