I used a Tesla authorized body shop, and I was furious about the service regarding the seats and their fault. I didn't drive the car at all after receiving it for repairs, as they even put it up for auction on HeyDealer. I didn't like the auction price, so I left it unattended for a week before washing it and filming, which is how it ended up looking. Considering how much I maintain my car, the body shop claimed that such a thing wouldn't happen and said they wanted me to bring the car in to inspect it. However, when there was a problem with the seats on other brands, a restoration company would come to my car to fix it and leave, but the Tesla body shop says it requires round-trip road transport.
