Leica Q2M and Q3 43 at a Family Wedding in Saratoga, CA

I brought three Leica cameras: Q2, Q2 Monochrom, and the new Q3 43mm to my niece’s wedding in Saratoga, California. The setting was beautiful, the light was soft, and it was cold. As an island boy, I was shivering, so some of the footage is a little shaky. This is a short video because it was a family event, and I wanted to be present. I share sample shots from the Q2 Monochrom and Q3 43. My Q2 tapped out early because I forgot to charge extra batteries—a rookie mistake. I genuinely love all three cameras, but the Q2M stood out for its timeless black-and-white look. The Q3 43 was a close second. It’s such a great focal length for capturing real-life moments without being too wide or too tight. More videos are coming. I have a couple of shoots where I will test these three Leica cameras again. Then, during the first week of June, I’ll do a dedicated shoot using just the Leica Q2 Monochrom and my Fujifilm X-T5 and Nikon Zf. 🎥 Filmed with: • Fujifilm X-S20 • Viltrox 13mm f/1.4 • Sennheiser MKE 400 📸 Leica cameras used: • Leica Q2 (28mm Summilux) • Leica Q2 Monochrom (28mm Summilux) • Leica Q3 43 (43mm Summicron) #LeicaQ2Monochrom #LeicaQ3 #WeddingPhotography #FamilyFirst #LeicaQ2 #TheTravelingPhotog #LeicaShootout #QSeries #SaratogaWedding #FilmedWithFujifilm #NikonZf #XT5
