Pine Portage Lodge Fly in Fishing Algoma Ontario

Pike and Walleye fishing with my Dad and Brother. The "family lake" Kabinakagami or Kaby Lake sits north of Wawa Ontario in the Algoma Region and is accessible only by float plane. Our journey begins at Watson's Skyways and ends at the North end of this 108km2 Walleye and Pike haven. Wildlife includes loons, beavers, gulls, pine martens, bald eagles, groundhogs and even a cow moose and her calf! Taken a few years back before the pandemic you can see the great food and great shore lunches. Some favourite fishing spots are Curly's Cove, Alligator Alley and the rapids.
