The stone tablet, made of bluestone from Chichibu, which has been linked to Kamakura samurai, is particularly well-established as a cultural heritage of the region. ◆This is also the site of the legend of Sakanoue no Tamuramaro. ◆The Okura Castle Ruins and Sugaya Castle Ruins were residences of the Minamoto clan and Kamakura samurai, both of whose lords met tragic deaths.
