Grand Hyatt Bali Review | My Experience

Is the Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua Bali the worst 5* Hotel in Bali? We were super disappointed with our experience here, we thought that the staff and the hotel were very outdated and felt that without the amazing location would NOT be granted a 5* rating. We wasted a lot of our 24hour stay just trying to book the room and meal for the evening. Not great to moan about a 5* experience but we were just very let down with the whole night.
