Platon's Dialogue with Nile Rodgers

I don’t use the word legend lightly, but in Nile Rodgers' case–it’s an understatement. He is probably the world’s greatest living record producer, not to mention a composer, and of course one of the most influential guitarists of all time. He has worked with Chic, Sister Sledge, Diana Ross, David Bowie, Duran Duran, Madonna, Daft Punk, Pharrell Williams, Beyoncé and even Bob Dylan. Nile’s early history is also epic. His parents were Black Panthers in New York. He hung out with Miles Davis, jammed with Jimi Hendrix as a teenager, and opened for The Jackson 5’s first big tour.  I decided to make a film of our session together so I can share with the world my admiration for this man.
