‘Nzeppel on Black with Gold and Pastels

Zentangle has recently released a new black 5xPhive tile, with is simply a 5” square. One of the great things about these tiles is that you can tangle on both sides! Zentangle has released new videos with ideas for drawing on these tiles, and this includes using pastel pencils. I was inspired by CZT Sandy Kelley-Jones to create the tile for today. It’s a simple ‘Nzeppel grid on black and we fill in the “flowers” with different pastel pencils. It has a beautiful effect! Patterns used today: ‘Nzeppel by Zentangle, Inc.
