The amounts of ingredients are approximate, so I just used whatever I had at home. It shouldn't matter if the ingredients change slightly. ^^ (You can use beef instead of pork, chives instead of wild chives, etc.) The key point of the flavor is the broth. I made it using the rich broth I made when I used to make tsuyu. 🍒 Seasoned Cilantro Ingredients Cilantro, Onion 2~3 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Tsuyu), 1 tablespoon Apple Wasabi, 2~3 tablespoons Tangerine Vinegar, 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Powder, 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Seasoned cilantro is a dish I really love, so I make it often whenever fresh cilantro is available. I also vary the dressing recipe each time. I rarely add sugar when seasoning, focusing mainly on soy sauce and vinegar. Even with just these ingredients, it has a rich umami flavor that my husband loves as well. I use Tsuyu, so the saltiness is slightly milder.
