Can We Fix It? 1985 Honda Aero 50! The Greatest 50CC Scooter Ever Made! Rust Oleum spray paint

I recently picked up this 1985 Honda Aero50 non running project scooter. I had had a few of these in the past and they are honestly one of the most fun 50cc scooters I've ridden! We completely go through this thing mechanically and try to get it running. Also give it a fresh paint job and bring back the plastics to look like new! I used rustoleum 2x cherry apple red spray paint. I lightly scuffed the plastics with 400g sandpaper, cleaned good and then shot the color. I did not use any primer but that wouldn’t hurt! You can get a 2k clear to apple after also to real make it shine but if you do multiple coats of the rust oleum, the finish is very gloss like! . . . . . . . . . . . .
