XXV Piknik Kawaleryjski w Suwałkach

The 25th Cavalry Picnic took place over the weekend (June 13-14) in Suwałki. The Cavalry Picnic is a two-day event attended by historical reenactment groups and formations, totaling several dozen people and their horses. It all began on Saturday (June 7) at Arkadia Reservoir with a horse performance test. Spectators could see how the riders performed on an obstacle course, which included crossing water. There were also agility competitions and cavalry displays. The competitions were accompanied by presentations of military equipment, military items, and weapons. Those interested could see, among other things, modern Abrams tanks.
