9 Películas Poco Conocidas que TENÉS QUE VER (Vol #2)

If you came to this video looking for a cinematic gem to watch, you've come to the right place. We've made a selection of 9 little-known films that are truly worth seeing, whether for their plot, their acting, their shots, their setting, among other things. We're starting with Festen, an excellent but little-known Nordic film... a film we particularly enjoy on this channel. Directed by Thomas Vinterberg, the plot is based on a family reunion held for the 60th birthday of the family patriarch, a businessman who amassed a fortune throughout his life... where harsh truths are laid bare. Enter The Void, by the great Gaspar Noé... controversial and brilliant. Something terrible is going to happen to Oscar, the protagonist, that will change our entire perspective of the plot, and thanks to the director, we'll see everything from a different perspective. He'll take us on a unique journey that we obviously recommend you experience. Next up is a Mexican film by the great Luis Estrada: we're talking about The Law of Herodes. A classic that mocks Latin American political corruption. Then we take a rather long flight to South Korea with the 2010 film Akmareul Boattda. The plot is based on a police officer's quest for revenge after his partner was killed. It's a very powerful film, with scenes not suitable for sensitive audiences. Now we're heading to Germany with Das Leben der Anderen, a 2006 classic that plunges us into the era when the country was divided into its capitalist and communist parts (which we know ended with the fall of the Berlin Wall). The film centers on how a police officer spies on a writer, how he becomes involved in his life, and how things change due to what this police officer discovers. On to the sixth film: in the midst of the Cold War, there was a possibility that the world could explode due to a nuclear war. Luckily, it didn't happen, but many countries were preparing for the worst, and somehow had to warn the population and even communicate safety measures to minimize the damage. This is how Threads was created, among other works. The seventh on this TOP is Das Boot, a 1981 German war film. We dive deep into a submarine on a routine patrol during World War II... obviously, things are going to happen. It's a great film in every sense of the word (like all the ones in this video, hehe). We highly recommend it. Next is The Man From Earth, a completely cult film made on a shoestring budget in 2007. Its plot is based on a professor who confesses to his classmates that he's 14,000 years old and has lived through all the stages of modern man. It's completely crazy, the dialogue is surreal, and it leaves us with some food for thought. FINALLY, we include Tom Hardy with the 2013 film Locke. He's alone in his car throughout the entire film, and no one else appears on screen. Yes, you read that right: Tom Hardy is the only one in the film, and the other actors only lend their voices while he's on the phone in his car. We won't say much more... just watch it. If you were able to score one or more of this selection of 9 films to watch, give us that furious like and subscribe. It only takes a second, it's free, and it's your way of thanking us for our work.
