Do you know whether MARITES existed in the Bible? Not explicitly stated, nor the reason expounded, but I would imagine, our portraits this Wednesday may very well have started as friends but eventually their friendship ran aground when one told of the other. Of course there are a myriad of other reasons why these two were called out by the Apostle Paul to make peace with one another.
