3 Month Old Carrier System Already Failed...
3 month old install....and already not cooling. I revealed the problem pretty quickly and it was on the low voltage side of the system. The call turned into a low voltage troubleshooting process involving the outdoor unit, controls, and defrost board on a practically brand new system. Not every callback is installer error. Sometimes equipment fails early, and the only way to find it is to start diagnosing.
