Synopsis: The juvenile detention center is a bubble where "interrupted kids" have the opportunity to understand who they are and what they want, beyond what they've been like outside those walls. It's a suspended moment where they have the opportunity to navigate their inner sea, make new discoveries, and discover new worlds—places they've never explored outside. Some of these inmates have undertaken this journey with courage, facing the fear of finding themselves weak or incapable of fulfilling their families' wishes. Others still believe that courage means attacking life and taking everything, ignoring every kind of feeling. In the third season of Mare fuori, our protagonists have grown up, and many of them find themselves having to make the choice of how to navigate their role as adults in the world. The discovery of love is the path that leads them to discover new aspects of themselves. Continents previously unexplored. Some of them will find themselves lost because of this unknown emotion, while others will experience this feeling like a beacon in the night and be guided by its dazzling light. New characters will enter the IPM, like Giulia, a Trapper belonging to a Milanese gang. Or the Di Meo brothers who, along with Dobermann, a black immigrant friend, are sent to prison for destroying a hospital. With each passing year, the crime pages are filled with tragic events involving young and ruthless kids. The failure of a minor is the failure of an adult.
