This video concentrates on helping to build your balance, focus and agility. This is not a physically demanding workout, but it is so important to help improve the way you function and move in everyday life! We all can always improve our balance and function- you will even notice I lose my balance a bit in one of the exercises! But hey, I never said I was perfect! Just striving for improvement is a great goal!
